Delivery

We use Australia Post for all deliveries within Australia please 3-5 working days for all orders to be processed.

Orders up to $150 we charge a flat rate of $5 and any orders over $150 postage is free.

Payments

We accept payment directly through a secure server on our website either by credit card or paypal if you wish to pay by direct debit please email sophie@whiteandwhite.com.au with your order and we will send you a invoice with payment details.

Any credit cards payments through our website are not charged until order is received by WW office , we enter the number manally through a eftpos facility and the order is despatched with your receipt. Please be advised all credit card details are discarded for your security.

Returns 

White and White products can be returned within 14 days of purchase in original condition with tags and a receipt for a full refund ,we offer money back guarantee.

If you are not satisfied or a product has not met quality standards please contact sophie@whiteandwhiite.com.au to arrange assessment of product and a possible repair or exchange.

As we like to keep our range fresh and new we may delete or change products and may not be able to exchange for same product , a similar product may be offered as a alternative. Please allow 2 weeks for all returns to be processed.
